Iced Strawberry Soufflé More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
500 g strawberries
150 soft white cheese
3 egg yolks
40 g sugar
Wash, drain, remove strawberry stalks. Purée. Heat 2 Tbsp. of purée with egg yolks. When mixture becomes granular, remove from heat, pour into separate bowl. Continue beating mixture and add remainder of purée. Beat until relatively smooth. Mix in previously-beaten soft white cheese. Pour mixture into the ice cream maker
