Mint Ice Cream More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
100 g powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp corn flour
1/2 litre milk
1 tsp mint extract
Boil milk. Meanwhile, place egg yolks, sugar, flour in a bowl. Whisk the mixture together. Slowly pour hot milk on the mixture while continuing to beat it. Heat gently stirring continually until it thickens. Let the mixture cool down, add mint extract (creme de menthe), and then pour it into the ice cream maker.
