Pistachio Ice Cream


Ingredients:
2/3 c unslated, shelled pistachios 1 egg 1 c milk 3/4 c sugar 2 c whipping cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Ina blender or processor, combine nuts, egg and milk. Blend until nuts are finely chopped. Mix in remaining ingredients.
