Rum Raisin Ice Cream II


Ingredients:
100 g powdered sugar 4 egg yolks 1 tsp. corn flour 1/2 l milk 75 g raisins 2 sm glasses of rum
Directions:
Soak raisins and 1 sm glass of rum in bowl. Boil milk. Place yolks, sugar, corn flour in bowl. Whisk. Pour hot milk on the mixture and continue beating. Keep stirring, gently heat until it thickens. Let mixture cool. When cold, add remainder of rum. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
