100 g. powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. corn flour
1/2 litre milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Break out the cones, it's summer time and time for an ice cream!
You will need: an ice cream maker
Boil milk. Meanwhile, place egg yolks, sugar, flour in a bowl. Whisk the mixture together. Slowly pour hot milk on the mixture while continuing to beat it. Add vanilla. Heat gently stirring continually until it thickens. Let the mixture cool down, and then freeze it into the ice cream maker.
