1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
8-oz. pkg. noodles (cooked)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. can tomatoes
15 oz. can tomato sauce
crystal sauce, or your favorite hot sauce to taste
Directions:
Grant family recipe
Brown meat & onion in shortening. Stir in chili powder, tomatoes, sauce, pepper, salt. Add Crystal Sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook, stir in noodles, serve.
