Ginger Marinade More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1/4 c. sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes/chili paste
1 1/2 tsp. ginger root, peeled, minced
Directions:
Marinate beef or pork 20 min. at room temperature, or up to 12 hours in the fridge.
