1 1/2 tsp (7 ml) garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp (7 ml) dried basil
1 1/2 tsp (7 ml) dried oregano
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt
1/8 tsp (0.5 ml) pepper
2 well-trimmed rib eye steaks, 1"
1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1 Tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp (30 ml) crumbled feta cheese
1 Tbsp (15 ml) black olives, pitted and chopped
Directions:
Combine garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, pepper. Press into both sides of steaks. In large, nonstick skillet, heat oil until hot. Brown and cook steaks, turning once. Cook 10 - 14 min. for medium rare to medium. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve sprinkled with feta cheese, olives.
