6 sm. boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. white wine, dry
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp dill weed
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
2 green onions, with tops, sliced
Directions:
Microwave: Place marg. in 3 qt. casserole. cook 1:30 HI, or until melted. Place chicken in casserole, thickest bits to outside edges. Cvr tightly. 4:00 min on HI. Combine wine, lemon juice, salt, dill. Pour over chicken. Place lemon slices on chicken. Rotate 1/2 turn. Cvr. tightly, 4 - 6 min on high or until done. Let stand 5 min, sprinkle with green onions.
