Hummus Marinade More Recipes Like This

Greek Dinner Recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
4 large cloves garlic
4 Tbsp. (59 ml) white sesame seeds
1 c. (0.2 L) chick peas
6 Tbsp. (89 ml) olive oil
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) salt
Juice of one lemon
1 Tbsp. (15 ml) fresh parsley
1 tsp. (5 ml) dark sesame oil.
Directions:
Puree garlic, sesame seeds, 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) olive oil. Add chick peas, lemon juice, parsley, salt. Slowly add 4 Tbsp. (59 ml) olive oil and sesame oil. Marinate chicken/pork/lamb/fish for 30 min., or up to 2 hrs.. in fridge.
