4 large cloves garlic
4 Tbsp. white sesame seeds
1 c. chick peas
6 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Juice of one lemon
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. dark sesame oil.
Directions:
Puree garlic, sesame seeds, 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chick peas, lemon juice, parsley, salt. Slowly add 4 Tbsp. olive oil and sesame oil. Marinate chicken/pork/lamb/fish for 30 min., or up to 2 hrs.. in fridge.
