Pour dressing over legs in 9x13. Cover and chill. Cover casserole, vented. Microwave on high 4 - 7 min. Turn legs over, re-cover. Microwave on high 4 - 7 minutes, or until juices run clear. Let stand 5 min. Remove from marinade. Place plump side down on grill. Grill 5 min. until browned. Turn & baste. Grill 5 min.
