Seafood Paella More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
5 c chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp saffron thread
1/2 c dry white wine
6 Tbsp olive oil
1 bell pepper (red or yellow)
1 med onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves
2 med tomatoes
1 Tbsp parsley
2 1/2 c short-grain rice
4 links sausage
1/2 lb med sized shrimp
1 1/4 lb cooked lobster/crab meat
1 1/2 doz sm mussells, scrubbed/dbeardd
1/2 c fresh/froz peas
Directions:
Simmer ckn broth, bay leaf, saffron, wine. Heat oil in paella pan. Add peppers, saute 3 min. Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, parsely, cook 2 min.Stir rice into pan. Pour in stock mixture. Boil over med. heat, stirring for 5-10 min. Reduce heat, cook 10 min. Stir in sausage, shrimp. Add lobster, peas. Cover loosely with foil, sit 5-10 min. Season to taste. Serves 6.
