Vegetable Lasagne More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
Quick Pasta Sauce
12 oz. carrots, scrubbed, grated
1/2 c chopped parsley
1 lb ricotta cheese, mashed
6 oz. mushrooms
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 packet instant lasagne sheets
3/4 c grated cheese
Directions:
Heat sauce until boiling, stir in carrots, parsley. Cook, covered, 10 min. Combine ricotta, mushrooms, soy sauce. Arrange consecutive layers of lasagne sheets & pasta sauce in oven proof dish, with a layer of the ricotta cheese & mushroom mixture in middle. Finish with a layer of pasta sauce, sprinkled with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
