Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pie More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
Filling:
1 quart chocolate ice cream
1 c. peanut butter, smooth
1 c. Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1 c. peanuts
Crumb Crust:
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
Directions:
Mix crumbs, brown sugar. Add butter. Stir with a fork, pat firmly into bottom of buttered 9" pie plate.

Freeze.

Let ice cream soften slightly. Spoon half of ice cream into shell, pat down firmly. Return to freezer to set ice cream.

Spread with thin layer of peanut butter (1/2 c.).
Drizzle with chocolate sauce (1/2 c.).
Sprinkle with 1/2 c. peanuts.


Repeat layers. Freeze.
