Asian Style Coleslaw More Recipes Like This

Asian Salad recipes
Ingredients: Metric Units
1/4 c sour cream
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 1/2 Tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
salt, pepper to taste
1/2 sm cabbage
2 carrots, peeled, shredded
3 oz green beans, trimmed, strips
2 Tbsp minced red onion
1 tsp poppy seeds
Italian parsley for garnish
Directions:
In small bowl, combine sour cream, ginger, orange juice, sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in sesame oil, salt, pepper.

Remove core from cabbage and cut into thin shreds. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green beans, red onion, most of poppy seeds.

Add dressing and toss. Garnish with reserved poppy seeds. If desired, garnish with parsley.
