1 c. cooked fava beans, cooled to room temp.
1 c. water
2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. parsley, coarsely sliced
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Drain beans, divide among 2 - 4 indiv. serving bowls. Add enough plain water to half-cover. Mash beans lightly. Add rest of ingredients to taste. Should be soupy, soft, very garlicky, lemony and lightly oily.
