Green Bean, Basil and Egg Salad


Ingredients:
clove garlic 1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans 3 hard-cooked eggs 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Rub inside of bowl with cut side of garlic. Cook beans until tender, drain well. Add to bowl. Quarter eggs, add to beans with basil, olive oil, salt, pepper. Toss to coat. 4 svgs.
