Green Bean, Basil and Egg Salad More Recipes Like This

Greek Salad Recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
clove garlic
1 1/2 lbs (0.7 kg) fresh green beans
3 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. (119 ml) fresh basil leaves
3 Tbsp (44 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Rub inside of bowl with cut side of garlic. Cook beans until tender, drain well. Add to bowl. Quarter eggs, add to beans with basil, olive oil, salt, pepper. Toss to coat. 4 svgs.
