Chinese Bread recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp veg oil
1/2-3/4 c cold water
veg. & sesame oil for frying
1 c chopped green onions
2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
Sift flour with sugar, 1/2 tsp salt. Add oil, water to make a smooth soft dough. Knead, divide to 5. Roll to 1/4" thick. Spread sesame, veg oil over one side of each. cover with chopped green onions, sprinkle with salt. Roll each dough into tight roll, strech out into a rope, then shape into a coil.sprinkle with a little extra flour, roll to 1/4" thick. Brush tops with cold water, coat with sesame seeds. Place unseeded surface down in oiled pan, cook until golden. Flip, cook, flip again. Cut into quarters, serve.
