Ingredients: Metric Units
1 lb Extra Firm Tofu, 1" cubes
1/2 c sake
2 Tbsp sesame oil/veg oil
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp ginger juice
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, diced
2 c broccoli florets
1 c snow peas
1/4 c roasted cashews/almonds
Directions:
Boil soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sake. Add tofu. Cover, simmer 5-10 min. Remove tofu, remaining broth. Heat oil, stir fry vegetables over med heat 3-5 min. Add remaining broth, tofu, nuts. Heat, serve.
