1 lb broccoli
1/2 c oil
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard
dash black pepper
1 sm head read leaf lettuce
2 Tbsp chopped pimento
Directions:
Discard coarse ends of broccoli stems. Steam broccoli in pot with little water until just tender. Remove to large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, dry mustard, and pepper in small bowl. Mix well. Pour over broccoli and chill 2-3 hours. Line plates with lettuce leaves. Divide broccoli onto plates over lettuce. Garnish with pimento.
