1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 c dry sherry
2 Tbsp ketchup
8 oz skinless, boneless, chicken breasts

Turn on broiler, cover broiler pan with foil. Mince garlic, combine with hoisin sauce, sherry, ketchup in dish large enough to hold chicken. Wash and dry the chicken and add to this marinade, turning to coat well. Grill or broil chicken, turning once or twice and basting with marinade, until chicken is cooked through, about 10 min. There should be no pink showing at the center of the chicken. Take care to not overcook. Slice diagonally, serve. 2 servings.
