1 lb. ground meat (beef, or pork, or turkey, or a mixture)
1/2 c. milk
1 small onion, grated fine
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
fine breadcrumbs
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, adding enough breadcrumbs to form meatballs easily. Meatballs should be on the small side, about the size of a walnut. Spray skillet with nonstick, saute meatballs until done all the way through.
Our bona fide source says that the American way of serving these bobbing in gravy is definitely not Swedish. Serve with gravy alongside if you like.
