Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a 9x13 baking pan
, place 4 Tbsp. butter. Put baking pan in the oven to melt butter.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat eggs with milk. Fold a piece of waxed paper into quarters, reopen. Sift salt and flour onto waxed paper.
Tap flour mixture into egg mixture while beating egg mixture (helps to have a second pair of hands here). (A little bit of flour at a time is key to keep mixture from being lumpy.)
Pour mixture into hot buttery baking pan. Bake 25 minutes.
Serve immediately. Can be dusted with powdered sugar or served with maple syrup.
