Ginger Cabbage More Recipes Like This

Chinese Side Recipes
Ingredients: Metric Units
Cabbage - chopped
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
Heat oil in large frying pan. Add cabbage. Stir occasionally over medium heat until cabbage wilts. Add ginger and garlic. Continue cooking until light brown. Add soy sauce, stir. Serve Hot.

Try other seasonings for a little something different. Easy side dish that goes well with most dishes. Takes about 10 minutes but can cook slowly while preparing a full meal.
