Hard Rum Sauce for Bread Pudding More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
5 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. confectioner's sugar
3 Tbsp. rum
Directions:
In a sauce pan, melt butter. Mix in confectioner's sugar (also known as icing sugar). Add rum - dark or amber rum if it's available. But not 151. Cook over low heat until mixture blends. Serve warm over bread pudding.
