Chocolate Angel Kisses (Sandy's Favorite)
 | Ingredients: Metric Units 3 egg whites
1/2 c sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla. 2 oz. grated chocolate |
Directions:
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, while gradually adding sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time.
On stiff peaks: Lift the beaters out of the egg whites - if the whites pull up into a cone-shape and the tip stands tall, you've got stiff peaks.
Add vanilla. Beat until very stiff.
Fold grated chocolate into egg whites.
Drop by spoonful onto buttered, floured cookie sheets.
Bake at 250º for 45 min. - 1 hour. Makes 2 sheets.
