2.5 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp. each baking soda and baking powder
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tsp. each salt, cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients and 2 cups cold water, blending well. Beat for 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 2 quart rectangular pan. Shake baking pan to level batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until tests done. Enjoy! -Diana
