Rocky Road Fudge II More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
one 12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
one 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
one 10.5 oz. pkg. mini-marshmallows
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, milk and margarine over low heat. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix marshmallows and peanuts. Pour melted mix over dry mix and stir to coat thoroughly. Pour into wax-paper-lined 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill, then cut into squares. Line gift tins with wax paper for gift giving. Enjoy! -Diana
