Cucumber Dill Dip
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill.
Makes 2.5 cups.
