1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can condensed tomato rice soup
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. lemon juice
In a saucepan, cook onion and pepper in butter until tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes while stirring.
Makes 1.5 cups. Enjoy! -Diana
