5 pounds all-purpose potatoes
one 8oz. block cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
a little crushed garlic (optional)
-Peel, quarter and boil potatoes for 20 minutes. Strain water out and dump potatoes into your KitchenAid stand mixer. Add remaining ingredients and turn on the KitchenAid. Stop KitchenAid when the potatoes are at desired consistency. Dump into a 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly. Wrap top with Saran Wrap and place in fridge overnight.
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove Saran Wrap and place pan in oven. Cook for 45 mins. or until at desired temperature. Enjoy! -Diana
