Restaurant Greek Salad More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
Salad:
1 medium head of lettuce, torn
2 med. cucumbers, sliced
3 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 cans (2.25 oz each) sliced ripe olives, drained
2 green onions, chopped
2 4oz. packages crumbled feta cheese

Dressing:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, onions and feta cheese (cheese goes on top). In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over the salad and toss to coat. Serves 10 to 12. Opa! -Diana
