1 1/2 cups wide egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup water
one 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream
Cook egg noodles according to the directions on the package.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain off the fat.
Stir flour into the ground beef mix. Add water, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Reduce heat; stir in sour cream. Serve sauce over cooked noodles. Serves 4. Enjoy! -Diana
