Whining and Dining Dinner recipes
1 lb. deli corned beef, chopped
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 Tbsp pickle relish - dill or sweet
2 Tbsp butter, softened
6 hamburger buns, split
Directions:
In a bowl, combine corned beef, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, and relish. Spread butter on insides of buns.
Spoon corned beef mixture over bottom buns. Replace tops.
Place sandwiches in ungreased
9x13 baking pan
. Cover.
Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

Sam's note
I used Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise, and I would never intentionally put butter anywhere near where meat was. Ye gads! This lack of butter may have kept the buns a little dryer than they should have been...but if you work up a powerful thirst, there's always the Guinness to knock it back.
