Feta Chicken Bake More Recipes Like This

Greek Dinner Recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
2 lb. (0.9 kg) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. (30 ml) lemon juice, divided
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. (0.2 L) feta cheese crumbles
1/4 c. (59 ml) diced red pepper
1/4 c. (59 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Lay chicken in baking dish.

Sprinkle chicken with 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper. Top with feta cheese crumbles. Drizzle the remaining 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) of lemon juice over the top of the feta cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is done through. Garnish with red pepper and parsley.
