1 2/3 c (0.4 L) whipping cream
1 2/3 c (0.4 L) flour
1 1/4 c (0.3 L) water, ice cold (or soda water)
8 Tbsp (118 ml) butter (1 stick), melted
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix gently until just combined.
Cook on a waffle iron. When done, place on a rack. Stack just prior to serving.
Serve with raspberry or cloudberry jam and whipped cream.
