4 eggs
2 1/2 c (0.6 L) flour
2 1/2 c (0.6 L) milk
2 tsp (10 ml) salt
1 Tbsp (15 ml) butter
Directions:
Beat together flour and 2 cups (0.5 L) the milk. Add salt.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add remaining milk (1 1/4 c (0.3 L)).
Combine the two mixtures.
In a skillet, melt the butter over low to medium heat. Add melted butter to the batter.
Pour a little batter into the skillet and let cook until edges start to lift up. Then flip and cook a little more.
