Textbook Swedish Pancakes (Pannkakor)

Ingredients:
4 eggs 2 1/2 c flour 2 1/2 c milk 2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp butter
Directions:
Beat together flour and 2 cups the milk. Add salt. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add remaining milk (1 1/4 c). Combine the two mixtures. In a skillet, melt the butter over low to medium heat. Add melted butter to the batter. Pour a little batter into the skillet and let cook until edges start to lift up. Then flip and cook a little more.
