Horchata Mexicana More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
7 oz melon seeds
7 oz sugar
1 1/2 qt water
grated rind of 1 lemon
crushed ice
Grind clean melon seeds, combine with water, suger, lemon rind. Let stand 5 hours, then squeeze through damp cloth. Serve in tall glass with crushed ice.
