Directions:
Tapped for dessert for a Memorial Day picnic? Grab your spoons everyone!

You will need: Time. Dish chills 3 hours or overnight.

Note: Eggs can sometimes carry salmonella. Use a pasteurized egg substitute to avoid salmonella risk - and avoid the cholesterol too!

Yield: 18 servings

Combine crumbs with melted butter and press into bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

In a medium bowl, beat together the powdered sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Spread onto crumbs. If you have concerns about the eggs in your area carrying salmonella, please substitute a pasteurized egg substitute instead.

Place rows of sliced bananas on top of buttercream layer.
Top with crushed pineapple.
Cover with Cool Whip. Top with pecans, cherries.

Chill 3 hours or overnight.
