Audrey's Quick Chocolate Fudge More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1 pkg semi-sweet baker's chocolate (8 oz.)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt
For when you just gotta have a chocolate fix, this fudge recipe is just the thing!

Microwave chocolate and evaporated milk at 30 second intervals until it can be stirred smooth with a heat-proof spoon (Those silicone spoon spatula are great for this).

Add vanilla, salt and nuts, etc.(if desired).

Pour into greased loaf pan (9x5 or 8x4).

Chill 2 hours. Make do with licking spoon until then.
