Wonton Salad


Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked 1 head lettuce 5-6 scallions 3 oz. slivered almonds 1/4 c. sesame seeds 1 package wonton skins oil for frying 1 recipe Sweet n' Sour Dressing
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Shred or tear lettuce into pieces. Thinly slice scallions, up into the green part. In a large bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, scallions, almonds, sesame seeds. Set aside - refrigerate until ready to serve. In a skillet with hot oil, fry wonton skins until golden brown. They cook fast - keep a close eye on the skillet! Drain on paper bag or paper towels until cool. Add to salad immediately before serving. Dress with Sweet n' Sour Dressing.
