Baked Chicken Teriyaki
2 lb. chicken pieces
1 1/2 c. teriyaki marinade
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
This Asian-inspired chicken dish turns out fall-apart tender. The kids love it! Serve it with rice.
In a glass baking dish, lay chicken pieces in a single layer.
Pour teriyaki marinade on top of chicken pieces, using just enough to coat each one. Sprinkle with vinegar and oil.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until very tender.
