Cut the pita breads into triangles. (Eight triangles per round is a good "dipping" size.)
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Lay the pita triangles on the baking sheet in a single layer. Spray the tops with nonstick spray. Season now, if desired, with salt or a seasoning blend. (My kids are fans of Krazy Salt.)
Bake in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes, until nice and crispy.
(For a Mexican twist, try using tortillas to make your own tortilla chips!)
