3 good sized, GARDEN fresh tomatoes
3 large, FRESH mozzarrella cheese (the white ones) balls
4 or five fresh large basil leaves
Fresh cracked pepper from your pepper mill
Your best, greenest, most expensive olive oil
Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella balls into disks. Arrange in a circle or in rows on a platter. Tear the basil leaves and arrange on top. Drizzle with olive oil and grind the pepper mill a couple twists over all. Serve and enjoy! -Diana
Optional: Add a few pieces of prosciutto to the middle of the circle or the outside of the rows for an added bonus. Yum Yum!
