1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together: flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Gradually stir in dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Beat until blended.
Spread batter in pan.
In a small bowl, combine sugars, cinnamon, and flour. (Add some nuts or raisins if you fancy them.) Spread over the top of the batter.
Bake at 350°F 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
