Leah's Crab Cakes
1 lb. lump crab meat
Old Bay seasoning to taste
butter for sautéeing
Bring home the taste of the Chesapeake Bay and make your own crab cakes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, egg and Old Bay seasoning. Mix by hand. Add just enough breadcrumbs so that the mixture holds together.
Form mixture into patties about the size of a small hamburger.
Heat butter in a large skillet. Add crab cake to hot pan. Cook 3-5 minutes per side, until warmed through.
