Ingredients: Metric Units
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/3 c. half and half
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked turkey
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Tired of turkey sandwiches? Take that leftover turkey to the subcontinent with this dish with Indian flair.

If your raisins are all dried out try soaking them in a bowl full of water before adding them to the dish.

In a large skillet, melt butter. Stir in flour to make a smooth roux.

Gradually add milk and half and half. Stir until smooth. Stir in curry until smooth.

Add turkey, pepper, raisins, and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Simmer until turkey is heated through.

Serve over rice.
