Orange Cornbread


Ingredients:
2 c. corn flour 2 Tbsp. sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 3 eggs 1/3 c. vegetable oil 2 tsp. orange zest
Directions:
Try using this delicious cornbread as a base for Thanksgiving cornbread stuffing. In a mixing bowl, combine corn flour (not corn meal), sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, eggs, oil, and orange zest. Beat until smooth. Spray a 9x9 in. square baking pan with nonstick. Pour batter in. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 min.
