Bruschetta Chicken Bake

1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (6oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix Italian Style w/Roasted Garlic
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup KRAFT shredded mozzarella cheese
A wicked good recipe from the back of the Stove Top box.
Yield: 6 servings
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, pour the tomatoes and their liquid. Add 3/4 cup water and stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Place chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with prepared stuffing mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
