2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. rice flour
1 1/4 c. beef broth
1/2 c. milk
salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
Serve this gravy in a dish alongside Swedish meatballs.
In a skillet, melt butter. Add rice flour to create a paste - a roux.
Slowly add beef broth (substitute chicken stock if that's what you've got on hand), stirring constantly to keep it smooth. Stir in milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with
Swedish meatballs.
